Data collected

The enquiry form collects your surname, first name, email address, telephone number, requested dates, number of guests and, where you write one, your message.

Every field is necessary: the management agreement binding us to the on-site agency requires us to pass on the true identity, telephone number and email address of each guest.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used to answer your enquiry, draw up the rental contract and organise your stay. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract.

Recipients

The owners of the apartment, sole recipients of your initial enquiry.

Web3Forms, the technical provider that forwards the form to our mailbox without retaining its contents.

L'Agence des Orres, to whom every confirmed booking must be passed on so they can welcome you and hand over the keys.

No data is ever sold, rented out or shared for advertising purposes.

Retention

Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Files relating to an actual stay are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. A simple email to lesorres1800location@gmail.com is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in Belgium or the CNIL in France.
